Add Reddy to Cursor

Give Cursor access to your Reddy setup assistant.

The Reddy CLI package isn't published yet

These steps use the CLI from npm, which isn't released yet. Until it is, run Reddy from a local build of this repository (see the docs), or set REDDY_CLI_COMMAND on the server to show a working command here.
  1. Add Reddy to Cursor

    This opens Cursor's own install prompt with Reddy's server filled in. Check it and confirm.

    Available once the CLI package is published.

    Nothing happened? Cursor must be installed on this computer. You can also run:

    $ npx -y <your-npm-scope>/cli@0.1.0 install --tool cursor --server https://app.getreddy.dev
  2. Sign in from Cursor

    In Cursor's chat, ask the line below. Cursor shows a link and code; approve it in your browser.

    “Check my Reddy status and sign me in if needed.”

    If you used the terminal command instead, you've already approved it.

  3. Open your project and connect your services

    “Use Reddy to connect the services this app needs.”
